Do your glasses offer UV protection?
Yes, all Solstrati sunglasses provide 100% UV400 protection, fully blocking both UVA and UVB rays.
What materials do you use?
Our frames are handcrafted from premium Italian acetate, complemented by titanium accents for added durability and a refined finish.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the exact frame dimensions. You can also use our Virtual Try-On feature to see which style suits your face shape best.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@solstrati.com with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
Within Belgium and the Netherlands we typically deliver within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on weekdays are shipped the same day. See our shipping page for all countries and rates.
What if the glasses don't fit or I'm not satisfied?
You have 30 days from receipt to return your order free of charge for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Read our full return policy.
What warranty do I get?
All glasses come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Damage from normal wear or accidents is not covered. See our warranty page for full details.
How can I track my order?
After shipping you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
We currently sell sunglasses with non-corrective UV lenses only. Prescription glasses are not available at this time.
