Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
After shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order.
Packaging
Every Sølstrati sunglass arrives in a premium hardshell case with a microfibre cloth. The outer packaging is made from 100% recycled cardboard. We keep packaging intentionally minimal — beautiful, but not excessive.
Customs & Import duties
All orders within the EU are delivered customs-free. For destinations outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are at the recipient's expense.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is not received within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@solstrati.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve it quickly.
