1. Who are we?
Solstrati is a Belgian e-commerce company offering handcrafted premium sunglasses. You can reach us at info@solstrati.com.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order you fully accept these terms.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. We accept payment by Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL and other available payment methods. Orders are only processed after successful payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; confirmed orders are always charged at the price at the time of purchase.
4. Order and contract formation
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase agreement only becomes final upon our order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or suspicion of fraud.
5. Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and not a hard guarantee. See our shipping page for delivery times and costs per region.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Read our return policy for the full procedure.
7. Warranty
In addition to the statutory conformity guarantee we offer our own product warranty of 2 years covering manufacturing defects and material faults.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including texts, images, logos and designs — is the property of Solstrati and is protected by copyright. Nothing on this website may be reproduced without our express written permission.
9. Liability
Solstrati is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Complaints
Have a complaint? Contact us at info@solstrati.com. We handle complaints as quickly as possible and aim to respond within 5 business days.
11. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all disputes. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Brussels.
