Warranty
At Solstrati, quality is at the heart of everything we do. Every frame is carefully crafted and individually inspected before it leaves our hands.
What is covered?
All Solstrati glasses come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, including:
- Defects in the acetate or titanium frame
- Loose or broken hinges
- Lenses detaching from the frame
- Manufacturing defects in the lens coating
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Misuse, accidents or drops
- Scratches on lenses caused by use
- Unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs
- Exposure to extreme heat (e.g. leaving them in a hot car)
How to submit a warranty claim
Send an email to info@solstrati.com with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
We will get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the situation we will offer repair, replacement or a refund — your choice.
Returning under warranty
When your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. All return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
