30-Day Return Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 30 days from receipt to return your order for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and undamaged
- Be in original packaging with all accessories (case, cloth, box)
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
How to return
- Send an email to info@solstrati.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item carefully and drop it off at a post office.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different colour or model? We are happy to exchange. Mention your desired replacement in your return email and we will reserve it for you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a defect or our error. Return shipping is free for customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, glasses that show visible signs of wear cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards and personalised items are non-refundable.
